I’ve come to a hard reality check recently that i’ve changed for the worse. I’m not as happy as i was, i’m emotional and can’t control it and i’ve become so nervous that even the smallest thing tick me off and i explode with rage. I’m going to a psychologist next week but i was wondering has anyone come across a great book that talks about those things? I’m ready to do whatever it takes to make myself better and improve.

I’d probably say it’s wiser to wait until you speak to your therapist. You’ll get tailored advice which will suit you holistically instead of the cookie cutter advice you’d get from a self help book.
