Hello!
I’m seeking out a certain vibe that some books give, particularly YA fantasy, but I have read some adult fiction that also meets this criteria.
An example that comes to mind is Twilight. I love the high school, small town, rainy/moody atmosphere. I love that she loves reading, she makes grocery lists, she writes assays for English. These aspects of novels are so captivating, I’d like to find more books like this. I dislike the fantasy plot, it’d be a 10/10 book without these romance elements.
Another YA example is the hunger games. I like when the character prepares survival gear/food, etc.
I love how these characters walk us through their thought processes and steps they take to carry out tasks. I’m looking for any recommendations similar to these!
