Hi everyone!
While working on my TBR list for autumn, I realized that recently I've mostly been reading 'Fantasy' or 'Fantasy-adjacent' books (which I love, don't get me wrong).
I was hoping to complement my list with more 'Slice of Life' books. More realism but without being depressing/too emotional.
I think the best example (at least to me) is something ala Anne of Green Gables. It does have very emotional moments and depth but without making me want to sulk in bed afterwards.
Do you have any suggestion that could work for this? Thank you in advance!
