Basically space freaks me out and time travel makes my head hurt AND freaks me out, so could I get some sci-fi recs that aren't set in space/features space travel or plots on other planets and without any time travel elements? I've avoided the genre on large because this seems to be the main face of it but I would like to explore what else there might be.
So far I've only ever really dipped my toe into zombie apocalypse books and I'm fine with recs of more of those and anything else that doesn't have anything to do with space or time travel.
