Hi, my partner has anxiety and sometimes can get panic attacks. I personally don't have anxiety and have a hard time knowing the things to say or do. Do you have books that have been helpful in understanding anxiety and how to support someone with anxiety?

I recognize there's no one-solution, but just hoping to better understand and see how I can help my partner in the future. Thank you!

    1. I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks and for me personally the most accurate representation I have read is in A Taste of Gold and Iron by Alexandra Rowland, its queer romance but a large part of the plot is the main character’s panic attacks and anxiety
