Hello. My (40m) younger brother (38m) passed away over the weekend and I’d like to know if anyone has suggestions on healthy ways to deal with grief. I’d also like to know if there are any books on giving tips or insights on supporting siblings who are also grieving. My sister (42f) and late brother did not grow up in an affectionate home and I’d like to do my best in being supportive to my sister. Thank you so much in advance.

      Sorry for your loss.

You could try Sunset by Jessie Cave. It’s not a self help book but may be cathartic to read fiction in this case, the author wrote it after her own brother died.
