i read a book a few years ago (every last word by tamara ireland stone) that revolved around the main character hallucinating, but she didn’t know it at the time. i hallucinate myself, and that was the first and only time i’ve read a book revolving around that.
anyway i’m looking for more, whether the character knows they’re hallucinating or not, i just want to read more books with this premise.

Challenger deep by Neil shusterman both are good. I’m a fan of shusterman but not of thompson really, but both are really good.
My Real Children by Jo Walton. A woman gets dementia and is remembering two parallel lives about herself, based on one key different choice—which life did she actually live? And which children are her real children? Interesting major historical events occurring through her life will have you guessing as a reader also.
