Pls help me find this book!

So I can barely remember any character names, but this involved a teen girl who stumbled into a magic show with a group of other teens (one of them had like fire magic, i think her name was anastasia?) and was absolutely captivated by it, and decided to stay afterwards to see the performers and sneak up on them, but they saw her. They said something about how they felt her magic and soon later, she left a note with her mom saying she was going to go join them. There they trained her to use her magic and there was a bunch of trials and a bunch of societies of magic and during one of the trials she failed but then she got training with another magic user. Then there was a hidden dark society and the leader happened to be related to the main character. But also during the book she’d join in with them in performing during their magic shows and she got injured during one of them, but i really cant remember much more other than another character’s name being Aki? Its a magic fantasy teen book, so hopefully that helps! I did a project on it around two years ago but i sadly cant remember the title, pls help!
