My kids and I just read Emily Winfield Martin’s version of the Grimm Brothers’ Snow White and Rose Red (called Snow and Rose).
I would love more suggestions of well done novelizations of fairytales to read with my 7 and 9 year olds

This list has fairy tales and mythology from multiple cultures. I loved all of them and read at least one to my kids.
