Ive recently been reading about Alexander the Great and his relationship with Hephaestion (many historians believe the two were lovers) and I recently learned that author Christopher Cosmos is writing a book about the romantic love between the two from when they first met. But I'm curious, are there any Queer male books like that (non fantasy) that take place in another time? Wether based on real people or not?
