Book 1: The Girls on Chalk Hill was SOOO GOOD. I literally couldn't put the book down. Every single page was such a turner I stayed up until 2 am the first day reading it and completed it by the next night. And let me tell y'all, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE BOOKS in this series is exactly like this. I read Book 2: The Girl's last cry had me hooked and that book was read and done in about 36-40 hours after I read that first page. I'm currently on Book 3: The Innocent Angels, and the constant pull between suspects is so entertaining to read. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this series and something I will say has made it that more fun to read is the English/UK dialect that is used throughout the book. I truly loved reading this from a British POV.
