Please suggest me a book about the elite private schools systems in either the USA or UK.

I’m interested in learning about how top private schools like Eton in the UK or Philip Exeter in the USA work and how they differ from typical public/state schools. Do you know of any non-fiction books that would fit the bill? They don’t need to be about those two schools in particular but just about those kinds of schools in general.
