My close friend's brother was recently involved in an accident on his motorcycle last weekend. He veered straight into a concrete barrier causing one of his kneecaps to shatter. His dream was to become a Navy SEAL and he was just a few years away from accomplishing his goal. Since he is going to be glued to the couch for the next four months, I'd like to gift him a book but am unsure where to start? Preferably a nonfiction piece that can help him get in the right headspace to overcome this obstacle. I'm going to look into the book before I order it for him, so I'm open to all suggestions! TIA
