Cozy but Spooky books for Fall🍂🍁🎃

Looking for something spooky and maybe a little scary but also cozy, which I know seems a little at odds. I’m currently listening to Ghosts in the Burbs and would love a book series with a vibe like that. Or possibly an adult version of goosebumps if that exists.
