Hello!
I love a specific type of book. But i'm not sure what you would call this 'genre' if it's even a genre. Books like Norwegian wood, Never let me go, First person singular, Trainspotting, Convenience store woman (there's more but i cant remember and moved recently so all my books arent out and about). I feel thats enough to get the vibe though. Theyre very personal stories, and often the plot is loose, its just like living. But with sad / introspective / philosophical / meaningful but everyday / beautiful tones. I NEED more books like this in my life. They move me so deeply. Its a game (basically a book) but Disco Elysium gave me these vibes to the max. We'll call this vibe / genre / style of book disco because of that. Can anyone please recommend me some more disco books that will make me cry and ponder the meaning of life but in a happy sad way.
