I currently have a book rotation that helps keep reading as a hobby a good combination of comforting/challenging. My current rotation is
- nonfiction (autobiographies, self helps, etc)
- fiction (no smut, really enjoy fantasy books with dragons and magic, disney twisted tales, etc)
- Health related ( mental, physical)
- Faith based ( I am a Christian and love reading about my faith. I also enjoy reading about others to broaden my own perspective of how others think)
- random (something that may not be a personal pick but a recommendation)
I want to make sure I am reading other perspectives to challenge myself! Open to any and all suggestions.

Faith-based:
**The Hiding Place** by Corrie ten Boom
**In My Father’s House** by Corrie ten Boom
Health related:
**The Wellness Revelation** by Alisa Keeton
Fantasy: His Majesty’s Dragon by Naomi Novik
Rick Warren’s **The Purpose Driven Life**
Max Tegmark’s speculative non-fiction **Life 3.0**. It presents the spectrum of futures mankind is facing due to the ascent of artificial intelligence.
The most entertaining book I’ve read recently is John Scalzi’s **Starter Villain**. It’s a spoof of the early James Bond movies. A substitute teacher inherits his estranged uncle’s villainy which comes complete with a secret volcanic lair.
