Hi friends!
I am going on a mindfulness-based stress reduction silent retreat soon. I work too much and have anxiety, so I am hoping this will jumpstart a period of recovery.
I’d love suggestions on a book to take. I’ve read Tolle in the past and was going to default to the power of now or something, but I thought y’all might have ideas. Bonus points if it’s a little funny.
