I just read through the first three books of the series that are currently out and I loved them. Have just started Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir and am enjoying it so far. I also liked Embassytown by China Meiville a lot, I only wish there was more of it.
Please no books where there are explicitly ‘bad guys’ or ‘good guys’. I want lots of moral ambiguity and I want lots of friendly human-alien interactions. Ideally plenty of cute moments where the humans and aliens are trying their best to communicate but struggling to. Lots of culture-clashing and fish-out-of-water vibes.
