Looking for a truly terrifying YA horror book!

Hi everyone,

I’m in the mood for a really scary and unnerving horror book, and I could use some recommendations! I’m particularly interested in stories that involve the paranormal, like ghosts, hauntings, or anything that will genuinely give me chills.

To give you an idea of what I’m looking for:

• Genre: Horror, preferably with a focus on the paranormal.
• Vibe: Something that’s truly terrifying and will stick with me. I want to be scared!
• Avoid: I’m not really interested in serial killer or murderer stories, as they don’t really scare me.
• Preference: I usually read YA.
