Hello Reddit. I am looking for a good suggestion of a book or series of books that are good for teens or young adults. I would like to keep them engaged with a mystery book but I don't want one that has an ending that comes out of nowhere. I'd like it to have hidden clues throughout the chapters that, if you pay attention, you could guess the ending before it happens. I have tried Sherlock Holmes but some of the themes and clues are entirely impossible to piece together or simply out of date. I have also looked at Goosebumps, which are not bad but not really mysterious just horror and they tend to leave each chapter on a cliffhanger that usually turns out to be nothing starting in the next chapter. It starts to become dull after a while.
Would any of you have good suggestions?
