I'm traveling to southern Oregon this week. I love reading books that take place where I'm traveling to. Any good suggestions? I'm open to multiple genres.
This is more a PNW list rather than Oregon-specific, but I’ve spent a lot of time in the PNW and these books all fit the regional vibe!

The Twilight series 😉

I am 15 books into a cozy mystery series by Ellie Alexander that takes place in Ashland, OR. Cozies def aren’t for everyone because of cheesiness factor. However, if you’d like to give it a go, the first one is *Meet Your Baker.*
I can’t think of others that are specifically Southern Oregon.
Agreed with the recs for Sometimes a Great Notion (and his other books), Where’d You Go Bernadette, and Wild.
Some other ideas for general PNW:
The Brothers K (by Duncan, not Dostoyesky) (and his other books)
