So the book is about a non-binary teen coming out, their parents are awful about it, and they move in with their estranged sister and gets used to life afterwards and tries to come to terms with being non-binary and exploring their gender expression and dealing with anxiety. That's pretty much the gist of it.
I'm non-binary myself, and this book helped me in so many ways. It was one of the only times where I felt seen and understood.
I was wondering if there are any books that are similar? I would assume there are books that have non-binary characters or there are nonfiction books about being non-binary, but I'm not sure if there are that many that kind of focus on or at least heavily feature it.
While I'm not that big on nonfiction, if it's an autobiography or a memoir, I wouldn't be opposed to reading it.
But could anyone please give me recommendations similar to the book?
