I just finished the From Blood and Ash series by Jennifer L Armentrout. I did also read the prequel series (a fire in the flesh). LOVED all of it. Also read the serpent and the wings of night duet and loved it. Throne of glass, ACOTAR, crescent city have all been good. Fourth wing was fantastic.
Any recommendations for a romantasy (series preferably) to get me out of my slump?

The Incryptid series by Seanan McGuire. It has one of my favorite romances. The first book is Discount Armageddon. I’d also recommend the Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare.
I loved the Dance of Thieves series by Mary E Pearson. The book is based on this girl who can see/feel spirits and who used to be a thief. It’s one of the best romantasy books I’ve ever read but I don’t see it recommended here as much. The second book, is called Vow of Thieves and is equally as good as the first book. The romance in the books is slow burn in the first book but the second book develops the relationship between the characters deeper. It’s been a while since I read the book so I don’t remember the specific romance trope the main characters fall into. Another thing I love is that the love story is not the only focus of the book, it’s like fantasy and adventure too and the mcs are rebelling against a common enemy.

this one was WILD. i loved the unique plot of the FMC being literally blind, *how* she came to be blind, and how she “sees” without eyes.
the cover is kinda corny IMO and is not reflective of the story’s quality. def give this one a shot!
