Hi everyone. So, I haven’t read a book in a decade. Due to my career path, I’ve been reading nothing but academic research articles and protocols, as well as Wikipedia when I have some downtime (anything that interests me, I’ll pull up and read through on the site).

That being said, I want to get back into reading now- as it was once something I sank many hours into. The thing is, I was VERY picky. I preferred authors like Thomas Wolfe and Cormac McCarthy, with very complex descriptors. I prefer fiction.

I want to get into more modern books, but in the decade I’ve spent away from any and all things authors… I’ve no clue where to start, nor do I recollect many things.

    Any good recs?
