I have this problem when it comes to audiobooks – either I listen to them with my full, 100% attention and can't do anything else, or I lose the plot and the story just minutes in and have to constantly rewind.
To be fair, this is most likely a "me" issue when it comes to auditory processing (just as how I cannot watch anything without subtitles though I have started turning them off).
Due to work and life changes, I have less time to read but may have more opportunity to listen to audiobooks, so I really want to be able to get into them. Any recommendations on what to start with and what to progress to?
