I’m putting together a “12 days of bookmas” gift for my friend. Now, because I’m mailing this and to cut down on costs I’m only going to include one or two books and do other things like candles, socks, snacks, a book journal etc. However, she’s read everything I’ve sneakily suggested or asked about. She has all of the books on her TBR list at the moment.
She’s very much NOT into anything with any kind of smut, but likes fantasy. She’s loving the Throne of Glass Series at the moment. She likes female focused poetry as well. She’s had Poppy War on her list forever, but bought it for herself before I could. She also really enjoys Dune. She did not like Fourth Wing or ACOTAR. She has said on more than one occasion that likes books that are gut wrenching.
What would you suggest I get for her? Maybe something that’s not super popular at the moment?
