Im asking here as a Hail Mary… I read an article months ago in something like The Atlantic or Vox, talking about an author of Asian decent that writes very short pamphlet type philosophy books with great post modern cover art (all very different and distinct)… but this interview with the author spoke about how despite having a cult following with gen z on TikTok, he wrote about the disconnect between our digital lives and physical ones and wasn’t on social media himself. There were other topics too, but seemed to be mostly about the philosophical ills of technology, social media and modern life in general.
Who is this reclusive, mysterious author?!? It’s driving me crazy!
