What book would you recommend reading in your late 20s or 30s? those books that you say are mandatory, that alleviate the crisis a little or make you feel understood, I don't know if I have managed to explain myself. Thanks in advance.

Two books, one hasn’t been translated from German though, I think. The other, and far more universally applicable one, is Frankl, “Man’s Search for Meaning”.
would love to keep an eye on this thread for recs for myself – my go tos are my year of rest and relaxation, circie, and eat pray love. i’m 29 and revisiting eat pray love and it holds up amazingly well i think.
“Writers and Lovers” by Lily King beautifully captures one’s early thirties. King is a stunning writer and I love the way this novel explores what it’s like to pursue a dream past the age of that dream being “cute” (typically early to mid twenties).
