Hey everyone, I'm fascinated with the life of office workers, whether it's cubicle or open office, much like the movie Office Space, or the other book Masters of Doom, where a few guys are corporate workers and became huge game devs.
I'm looking for a book along the same lines: average Joes working for a company, and all the struggles and drama it entails. Now, I'm not looking for some hot shot characters that climb the corporate ladder, or some big guys in finance that are yuppies and make millions; I'm looking for something like Office Space, where it's just workers living out their lives, maybe they are depressed, maybe they are ambitious, but something grassroots.
Anything along those lines? It doesn't specifically have to take place in the United States, but big bonus points if it does.
