I LOVED goosebumps books when I was a kid (26ish years ago). I still remember some of the books and I want to get back into reading. What are some more age appropriate books that I can read like the goosebumps series? I’m currently 38.

i’m in my 30s and recently read the original/genesis of the **Fear Street** saga (i grew up on goosebumps, too). i was SHOCKED by how dark and violent and genuinely fucked this book was. i highly highly highly recommend it!
[**The Betrayal**](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/182597)
this was seriously so fucking scary!
the entire FS saga beginning is a trilogy that at least for me is available by ebook bundle through the libby app!
I love T. kingfisher. My favs that fit this are the hollow places, the house with good bones. The twisted ones.
Anything by Rylie sager but I loved home before dark.
What stalks among us by Sarah hallowell
Dead silence by SA Barnes
