    Hi everyone!

I'm software engineeer student, currently learning how to create interactive maps as part of an academic project, and I have chosen to design an interactive virtual bookstore. I would love to understand better what the experience is like for booklovers when they visit a physical bookstore.

Some questions I have in mind:

    1. What’s the first thing you do when you enter a bookstore?
    2. Do you usually have a specific book in mind, or do you prefer to browse?
    3. Which sections grab your attention the most, and why?
    4. How do you interact with the staff? Do you ask for recommendations, or do you prefer to explore on your own?
    5. Are there any special displays or sections that particularly attract you (like “new releases,” “best sellers,” etc.)?
    6. What factors influence your final decision to purchase a book?

I would greatly appreciate any insights or details you can share about your shopping journey in a bookstore. Thank you in advance <3!

    1. 1. I just check if they have some promotions that day

      2. I rarely have something in mind, I just feel relaxed while browsing books.

      3. I’m big into manga, so I’m always excited to see if they have something new.

      4. I prefer to be alone

      5. Besides manga I like universal literature

      6. I tend to buy stuff on whims. I’m easily swayed to buy or not to buy
