What was the last book you have read before someone close to you died?

Weird question I know, but last year in June my grandma died after suffering for 5 months, and 3 hours before her death I finished Ubik by Philip K Dick in which one of the things in the book was talking to the dead via some futuristic technology. Because of that I purposely hid the book somewhere(didn't throw it, because I paid money) and told myself to never read it again due to the feelings it gave me.
