Book for a teen with life lessons / morals

I am 15f

English is my 5th language .

Reading books in my own language feels kind of weird , don't know why but it does.

So , i would like too read something time – pass , easy English type of book .

I don't wanna read books to learn the language since I am actively learning English in school.

so I just want to read something that i don't have to pull out the dictionary for .

Something with morals or life lesson at the end or something a teenage girl should read to learn things that may teach me something in a way.

I don't enjoy romance or sci fic or smut really

If about love i would like to read something
healthy,pure, meaning of love , how to love and treat each other right , that type of love with morals I need a lot of morals.
