New series and other book suggestions

I am looking for a new series or a few series and any books that you think are absolute must reads regardless of how old they are.

** What I’ve read in the past 5-10 years**

I really liked Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series (haven’t finished them all because there’s 30 of them!)

Dan Brown Robert Langdon series – most

James Patterson Alex Cross series – some

Agatha Christie – some

The Alchemist

So I’m into murder mystery either with a little humor or just intriguing in general and books that make you think. I’m also into good auto/biographies.

I prefer actual books to audiobooks. Thanks!
