Incredibly specific, I know: Looking for books about small town mysteries including romance

It could be YA or Adult Fiction. I particularly like things with a supernatural feel, but I would take a classic murder mystery/kidnapping/disappearance plot. As long as there's mystery, small town intrigue, and romance tossed in.
