I’m looking for a good book to take me off my phone and give something to do in my free time in college. I love non fiction/ fantasy with a good story that I can relate to, any suggestions? I loved reading fantasy books when I was younger and in high school I loved books like the great gatsby and 1984. I want to fall into a story but no idea which books to start.

I recently finished If we were villains and I loved it. The dynamics between the characters are great and if you like theater even better! I also really enjoyed Tress of the emerald sea by Brandon Sanderson, a very fun fantasy. I read it at the beginning of the year on audiobook and it distracted me a lot on the way to and from the university.
Have you read Secret History by Donna Tartt?
