Looking for something with a predatory romance feel with supernatural elements, but I want a powerful and scary woman pursuing a fearful man. I would also accept M/M, F/F or other pairings, I just don’t want a woman running (or not) from a much more powerful man.
It can be more scary or more romantic but I want it to have both. I want a man who is enthralled but scared at the same time and unsure whether he wants to say yes or if he’s afraid to say no. Steamy stories are okay.
I’ve read Carmilla and Sing Me Forgotten already. That last one wasn’t what I wanted since the FMC was still the awkward, blushing one around the more confident MMC.
