Alright I know.. that I'm way way way old for this and I haven't even gotten my degree hell I'm only in my 3rd year diploma. But I wanna change but I keep getting back to my boring old self and I dislike that attitude of mine to the core but no matter what I can't I'd change for 2-3 days and come back to my procrastinate self.. please give me some books that would help me concentrate and make me more focused and stabilized along the way

Hey there, I’m sorry you’re struggling to stay focused and make certain changes in your life – those are not easy to do; you’re not alone. Id recommend:
Atomic Habits by James Clear
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgenson
Deep Work by Cal Newport
Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman
I hope you enjoy them, and best of luck with your studies! 🙂
People I know speak highly of this:

I think the first thing you need to do is stop categorising yourself as a “failure” and “too old” at the age of 24. Jesus, you’re almost still a kid. There’s plenty of time for you to achieve something.
Next, work out what you actually want. It’s easier to change your life, and your habits, if you’re doing it to achieve a concrete goal.
So Good They Can’t Ignore You by Cal Newport
