I loved that Watership Down had epigraphs for every single chapter, and not just in the beginning of the book.

Please recommend me more books that introduce each and every chapter with an epigraph (quote).

Caveat: While I'm up for fiction or nonfiction, and almost any genre, I do not want to read romances or anything with sexual content at all.

    Thanks!

Iirc, the Inkheart series by Cornelia Funke does this throughout! It’s middle-grade, so if there is romance (I don’t recall, but I didn’t read the whole thing), it would be entirely PG!

    2. The Scythe series. It’s BRILLIANT—full of philosophical questions and thought-provoking themes, but packaged in a way akin to Suzanne Collins’ work.
