For when time feels like it’s flying by and you can’t get a grip on life?

I feel unsurprised but also shocked that yet another summer has passed by. I can’t believe 2024 is mostly done, and I feel like I’m the only person in the world who feels this way, because if people felt the way I do we’d all be panicking.

Any suggestions?
