u can read biographies of people before us. U might agree with buddhism that life is suffering.
Simone de Beauvoir’s Memoir of the Dutiful Daughter. When I was 20, it spoke to my “no one understands me” feelings. But when I re-read over a decade later, I truly appreciated how she simply FEELS her way through the world. She has such a way of describing the small and the mundane. And it made me understand how sensitiveness is both a gift and a curse, but I can learn to use it in a more positive way. It’s not an easy read and not for everyone but I love recommend it, always. My GOAT. No. 1 book.
