Happy ending, realistic, no trauma, no or little stream of consciousness

I’m wondering if this community has novel recommendations for these criteria:

1. At least a moderately happy ending – just not an ending of total despair or where people’s lives have fallen apart
2. Realistic – no fantasy or sci fi
3. Not about extreme traumas. No torture, torture-killing, not entirely about sexual assault/sexual predators, etc.
4. Mostly not stream of consciousness. A little bit ok, but I want to be able to follow it as I do chores and walking around the city listening

I’m good with classics, more recent, etc. It doesn’t have to be an official audiobook as I can make them pretty easily w text to speech apps.
