I have an important exam in a month. I'm preparing for it from the last one year . I'm not sure if I'll be able to pass it but hoping for the best . Past couple of months have been so stressful and overwhelming. After this exam , if the result isn't postive I have to go through the same gruelling process for the next one year . So , please suggest me one must-read book to deal with stress , to be calm in chaos & manage all my emotions by myself . These days I'm finding myself being very clingy & calling my friends for every other inconvenience. I have to deal with them by myself . I don't like typical self-help books with internet advice .
Suggest something deep & profound but also something that stays with me . Pardon me for my language, I'm not a native english speaker .
