The books that I’ve read are all about either about great or realistic people.
I want something where I can see myself inserted into the character and suffer.
Something where the protagonist is male, is the worst at everything, is a leech and cockroach of society, and the book has a bad ending.
If any such book even exists.

Not exactly what you’re looking for, but a similar vibe, is The Rachel Papers by Martin Amis.
Have you tried therapy tho?

Why not start reading historical romance novels instead? Plenty of virgin heroes (that hugely successful *Outlander* series featured one), unlikeable “heroes”, and even proud pirates in those. Instead of thinking in terms of “incel”, realize that there are a ton of sexually unsatisfied introverted women in the world (and no one cares or sees them), and it is just incredibly difficult to match-make in a world where everything local is forced onto the internet where people are constantly given the illusion of the grass being greener somewhere other than where they are.
