I just finished reading my first-ever romance novel, Beach Read by Emily Henry, and would like to try reading another, especially if it's either short or a classic (or both), but I don't particularly need it to have steamy scenes in it.
I'm guessing the number one answer is going to be Pride and Prejudice, which I own but haven't yet read, but I'd love other suggestions as well ☺️
Also: is there a subgenre of romance novels that are less about steam and more about healthy/strong/supportive marriages and relationships? I'm guessing no, but figured it was worth asking.
