A book for someone that doesn’t know what’s looking for

I’m tired of the grief. I’m tired of feeling worried about my parents and brother’s problem when I have two kids and a house to take care of. I already read “man’s search for meaning” “midnight library” “when breath becomes air”. I’ll appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
