    I am now reading "The Happiness Trap" by Russ Harris. And I am glad that I picked it up. I had my basics sorted, see myself as honest, hardworking person. But something was amiss, and it was not bad enough to seek therapy. I could not put the time required to something valuable anyway.

    Reading this book has helped me immediately. I already put a lot of time in some directions that are desired.

    But this book is about ACT, i.e. Acceptance and Commitment. And ACT is also an acronym suggesting- A: Accept your situation, C: Choose an action toward a valued direction, T: Take that action.

    Note the focus on values. How do I find what they are? Can you suggest me any books for this?

    Many say books can't help in such matters but I have been immensely, measurably helped by many books such as Happiness Trap. Please suggest me some books that help me identifying my values that are potent enough to sustain me throughout my life.
