Books with a very satisfying ending

I've red many books which start off interesting but end up going nowhere , the ending is a mess, plot holes everywhere , characters doing nonsensical things just to move the story forward , etc etc. I'm looking for the opposite, a book that maybe starts off slow but gradually builds into a really satisfying conclusion , with no obvious plot holes and all loose ends neatly tied up.
