So tonight I've finished another Slatsky collection titled "The Immeasurable Corpse of Nature". Unlike the first one this, his second collection, was published on a different publishing house. The name of is, fittingly enough, Grimscribe Press.

This is his second collection, published in 2020. Pretty recent. In this second collection there are 15 works this time around. The stories in this collection are still very much influenced by Lovecraft and Ligotti with, as with the last collection, a very modern twist.

Among the fiction there are a couple of interesting articles that Slatsky himself also had written and are included in the collection as well. They're just as interesting a read as the stories!

Highlights from this second collection are going to be "Engines of the Oceans", "The Carcass of the Lion", "Palladium at Night", "Devil Gonna Catch You in the Corners", "Professor Cognoscente's Caliginous Charms Carnival" and this collection's centerpiece "The Immeasurable Corpse of Nature". And I'll also add an article as well; "The Numinous in God, Nature and Horror".

One more thing I must add. This collection also has some very interesting and surreal art works that are featured in this collection.
