These are older novels from the 60s up to the 90s, but I really love the novels of Jane Rule. She was a lesbian who wrote many lesbian characters. The classic is Desert of the Heart but my favorite is Contract with the World.

Plain Bad Heroines by Emily Danforth is a fun read. It’s horror but it’s more fun spooky vibes than actually scary.
